LLYOR.COM are uploaded and sold by us. By purchasing a beat from our Site, you

beat, you receive a license to use the beat in accordance with the specific
terms outlined in the licensing agreement provided at the time of purchase. The
license may be for exclusive or non-exclusive use, as specified in the agreement.
Payments: All payments for beats
must be made through the payment methods provided on the Site. Prices and
payment terms are specified on the Site and may be subject to change.
Ownership: We retain all
ownership rights to the beats. You acquire only the rights to use the beats as
specified in the licensing agreement.
5. Musical Content Sharing
We upload and share musical
content, such as remixes, on the site for non-commercial use. All rights to the
original works remain with the respective artists. By accessing and listening
to this content, you agree to use it solely for personal, non-commercial
purposes.
Rights: All rights to the remixes
remain with the original artists. We do not claim any ownership rights over the
original works used in our remixes or producer albums.
Usage: The content is provided
for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the content for any
commercial purposes without obtaining permission from the original artists.
6. Promoting Artists
We may promote artists who have
used our beats on our Site and through our Services. By submitting content for
promotion, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to
use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform
the content in connection with the Site and our Services.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

8. Intellectual Property

or Services; or (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be
