    Basic License Agreement for Beats

     

    1. Grant of License

    Licensor grants Licensee a
    non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a beat solely for the
    purpose of creating one musical composition ("New Composition").

     

    2. Rights Granted

    a. Licensee may create one New
    Composition using the Beat. 

    b. Licensee may distribute up to
    2,500 copies of the New Composition in physical and digital formats. 

    c. Licensee may stream the New Composition
    up to 50,000 times across all digital platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music,
    YouTube). 

    d. Licensee may use the New Composition
    in non-monetized videos on social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram,
    Facebook). 

    e. Licensee may perform the New
    Composition at non-commercial live events and shows.

     

    3. Restrictions

    a. Licensee may not use the New
    Composition for radio broadcasting. 

    b. Licensee may not use the New
    Composition for television or film without additional licensing. 

    c. Licensee may not resell,
    sublicense, or redistribute the Beat as a standalone product or as part of a
    different project. 

    d. Licensee may not claim
    ownership or authorship of the Beat.

     

    4. Term and Termination

    a. This Agreement is effective
    immediately upon execution and remains in effect perpetually unless terminated
    by either party. 

    b. Licensor reserves the right to
    terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement.

     

    5. Credit

    Licensee must provide credit to
    the Licensor as follows: "Produced by LLYOR".

     

    6. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed
    by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom

    Premium License Agreement for Beats

     

    1. Grant of License

    Licensor grants Licensee a
    non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a beat solely for the
    purpose of creating one musical composition ("New Composition").

     

    2. Rights Granted

    a. Licensee may create one New
    Composition using the Beat. 

    b. Licensee may distribute up to
    100,000 copies of the New Composition in physical and digital formats. 

    c. Licensee may stream the New
    Composition up to 500,000 times across all digital platforms (e.g., Spotify,
    Apple Music, YouTube). 

    d. Licensee may use the New
    Composition in monetized videos on social media platforms (e.g., YouTube,
    Instagram, Facebook). 

    e. Licensee may perform the New
    Composition at commercial live events and shows. 

    f. Licensee may use the New
    Composition for local radio broadcasting. 

    g. Licensee may synchronize the
    New Composition with non-commercial films, videos, and multimedia projects.

     

    3. Restrictions

    a. Licensee may not use the New
    Composition for national or international radio or television broadcasting
    without additional licensing. 

    b. Licensee may not use the New
    Composition for paid advertising campaigns without additional licensing. 

    c. Licensee may not resell,
    sublicense, or redistribute the Beat as a standalone product or as part of a
    different project. 

    d. Licensee may not claim
    ownership or authorship of the Beat.

     

    4. Term and Termination

    a. This Agreement is effective
    immediately upon execution and remains in effect perpetually unless terminated
    by either party. 

    b. Licensor reserves the right to
