This agreement ("License") is made between:

• Licensor: LLYOR ("Producer")
• Licensee: [Artist Name] ("Artist")

By purchasing this Remix License, the Artist agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

LLYOR grants the Artist a non-exclusive, limited license to remix and distribute the selected beat(s) from LLYOR’s catalog.

The Artist may:
✅ Record and release a remix with new vocals/instrumentation
✅ Distribute on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.
✅ Monetize streams & royalties from their version

The Artist may not:
❌ Claim ownership of the original beat
❌ Resell, lease, or offer the beat to other artists
❌ Remove LLYOR’s credit

2. Main Artist Credit & Release Conditions

• LLYOR remains the main artist on the remix
• The remix must be uploaded under LLYOR’s profile
• The title format will be:
  "(Beat Name) feat. (Artist Name) (Remix)"

3. Revenue & Royalties

Since the remix is uploaded under LLYOR’s profile:
🔹 LLYOR receives 50% of streaming royalties (as the main artist & producer)
🔹 Artist receives 50% of streaming royalties (as a featured/remixer credit)
🔹 No upfront split for sales/downloads (the license fee covers this)

💰 Royalties are automatically split via DistroKid

4. Files Provided

Once payment is received, the Artist will receive:
📂 MP3 & WAV of the beat

5. Marketing & Promotion

🔹 The Artist agrees to help promote the remix on their social media.
🔹 LLYOR may use clips of the remix for promotion.
🔹 Both parties will tag each other in promo posts.

6. Copyright & Ownership

⚠️ LLYOR retains full copyright ownership of all original beats.
⚠️ The Artist only owns their added elements (vocals, new instruments).

If the Artist violates these terms, the remix will be taken down.

7. Agreement Confirmation

By purchasing this Remix License, the Artist agrees to the terms outlined above.
